CONGRATS! WELCOME TO CRAFTY AFFAIRE MARKETS!

Vendor spaces are 6ft wide x 4ft deep. Vendors will be provided with a 6ft table & 2 chairs. There is no pipe and drape provided, so be creative with your space! Items must not be tacked on the venue walls and please avoid using super sticky tape on the floor.   

You must bring your displays, point of sale systems, and extension cords if needed. You may also bring lighting if required.  

Vendors must set up their display in the allotted space. 

Setup begins promptly at 8:00 am and must be completed by 10:00am. Doors open at 10:00am SHARP.    

No early take downs allowed.  Take down starts at 4pm.

Parking -  Parking outside the Hall is designated for customers. Vendors may park their vehicles at the Hall parking lot during unloading. As soon as you have unloaded your items, please move your vehicle onto the side street BEFORE you start setting up your booth/table. 

You are responsible for organizing your own payment methods for your customers.

 There is WIFI and you will be provided with the password on Market Day. Sometimes the connection is unreliable.  If you require WIFI to process payments, be sure to have a plan B. 

 There are limited spaces that are close to power outlets. Please make sure you note your requirements on your application and bring extension cords. 

Market Cash Cards will be given out to the first 25 customers on Market Day.  If a customer presents the card when purchasing from you, please deduct the amount on the card from their total purchase. Retain the card, indicate your name or name of business on the back of the card and present to the volunteer at the entrance table or to myself for reimbursement.   

 Donation of product(s) with a minimum value of $10 should be given to the volunteer at Market Day.  

 Tell everyone about the Market!  We know that the number one way in which people find out about Crafty Affaire Market is through word of mouth so please help us spread the word.  

 We encourage you to promote on your own website and on social media platforms starting at least 2-4 weeks before the event.
